Bedford Stuyvesant Early Childhood Development Center (BSECDC) is a leading provider of services within the Birth to Five Department of Education program. This program combines child care and early education into a cohesive system that serves toddlers, and preschoolers in New York City.
We take pride in operating one of the few programs authorized by the City of New York to care for toddlers and preschooler. At all of our centers, BSECDC serves as a flagship provider of services within the Bedford Stuyvesant community. Funding made possible through the Office of Head Start; Administration for Children and Families Services, along with the NYC Department of Education.
Our program is specifically designed to offer consistent, high-quality 3K and Universal PreK education to New York’s most vulnerable children and families from low-income backgrounds. Our center-based program is tailored to best prepare children for success.
